BodyScan AI uses advanced AI vision models to estimate body composition from photos. Results are estimates intended for wellness tracking and general awareness. They are not a substitute for clinical measurements such as DEXA scans. Accuracy improves when you wear tight clothing, stand straight, and use consistent lighting across scans.
Your photos are processed by our AI to generate metrics and are not sold to third parties or used for advertising. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling and retention.
Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. To cancel: open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your Apple ID → Subscriptions → BodyScan AI → Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
The 3-day free trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the trial end date. Contact Apple Support for billing disputes, as all purchases are processed by Apple.
For best results: wear form-fitting clothing (gym wear works great), stand in front of a plain background, ensure good even lighting, stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, keep your arms slightly away from your body, and take the photo from roughly 6–8 feet away.
BodyScan AI is currently available on iOS (iPhone and iPad). Android support is planned for a future release. Follow our updates for availability.
To permanently delete your account and all associated data, go to the Profile tab in the app and tap "Delete Account" at the bottom of the page. This action is irreversible. Alternatively, email us at support@bodyscanai.app with your registered email address and we will process your request.
First, try restarting the app. Ensure you have a stable internet connection, as scans require a network request to our AI service. If the issue persists, email support@bodyscanai.app with a description of the problem and your device model/iOS version.
All purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. For billing disputes, refund requests, or charge inquiries, please contact Apple Support. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone.
